Raffles Makati Hotel

The staff were absolutely delightful. Very genuinely hospitable.

There were little things that are distractions. For example if I ask for requested coffee cups, napkins, coffee pods, somehow the order is not complete. Also, I asked for a late checkout if 1 pm and they only allowed up to 12 pm not 1.

Location, cleanliness and staff. Room was very nice.

Nothing at all. Having blankets in the sofa area would be a good touch though. And a rice cooker maybe?

No cushions on the sun chairs incase it rained - very odd!

Front Desk Staff Lianne was understanding and kind. I was in dire straights due to flight changes and demands from work. She helped me with my accommodations and provided ample resources to be able to rest

A very good equipped Hotel. Excellent Breakfast and… for us important…a very good gym. The concierge, Mr. Gilbert was very kind and helped us perfectly to enjoy and organize everything in Manila. A special thank you to the very nice ladies at the reception (Abby and Dianne). They made us every time feel coming home.

Got upgraded to an amazing suite (1001), staff was super friendly & helpful, food was top notch! Had afternoon tea in the Writers Lounge and it was excellent too. The Mistral bar on the 10th floor is very breezy and a col place to watch the sunset. Wish we could have stayed longer, unfortunately the spa was fully booked but would have loved to try it! Definitely the best place we stayed at during our 10 day trip!

We got a room in the Raffles Residences, which is absolutely stunning! The room was spacious and the bed was the most comfortable I have slept on while travelling in the Philippines! They have a lot to offer at this hotel, I managed to do their signature spa experience which I highly recommend! All the facilities were amazing but the absolute highlight is how friendly the staff are. We will be back next time we are in Manila

The pool is lovely with the bar next to it. The breakfast spread is excellent. The staff were excellent. Great choice of restaurants across the road.

Our family's New Year stay at Raffles Makati Residences was exceptional. The spacious, immaculately clean accommodations proved perfect for our family, including our toddler. What truly set the experience apart was the staff's impeccable service - their attentiveness and willingness to go above and beyond made our stay memorable. The residences are particularly well-suited for larger families, offering both comfort and convenience. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for an outstanding experience. ​​​​​​​​​​

Too msnt outlets in the suite. Greater clarity on how to turn on and off lights. A card or paper guide on power outlets in the room would have been helpful.

Great location, amazing staff, rooms were well appointed and large, breakfast was good and complimentary cocktails were amazing.

It was near to malls and restaurants.

I booked for an artist’s suite with one king bed but what was given was an artist’s suite with 2 queen size beds which made the room appear small. The property offers for us to wait for a couple of hours or longer to be able to get the room/ bed I wanted or transfer to another room after a day. Which we did not take because we wanted a hassle free stay.We checked in way past check in time as I requested for it so technically, no reason why the booking cannot be given as it is.

Staff were very friendly and dealt with a complaint I made over a lamb dish very well. Perfect location for our first visit with a toddler. Breakfast in the Residencies restaurant was decent. Live music in the long bar was very good.

Said Lamb dish was clearly labelled poorly in the French Restaurant - slow cooked should mean very tender but I couldn’t even get my knife through it and it was 75% uncooked fat. The hotel cars were literally 10 times the price of a local taxi so very overpriced - unfortunately the local taxis didn’t even have seat belts so not much choice.

This hotel is outstanding!!! The incredible staff made my stay there and absolute delight. The waitresses in the Writers Bar were exceptional, I would like to give a sincere thanks to Sherlyn and Jhezzsica for their super friendly service, you made my evenings a pleasure. I would also like to say a massive thanks to my butlers, Dennis and Ron, who made everything so much easier for me, nothing was too much trouble for them.

Breakfast was great. The service was amazing. We are from Fiji (known for our friendliness) but the service at Raffles Makati exceeded our expectations.

In my opinion, this is the best 5 star hotel in BGC/Makati area. Upon our arrival we were greeted warmly by the entire concierge team and check-in was seamless and personalized. Our king suite room was fancy, elegant modern with traditional theme. The bed was firm and comfortable, luxurious beddings and toiletries walked-in closet with double sink and free standing bathtub with city view. The free breakfast at Mireio exceeded our expectations. The service was impeccable and the food from the menu was fantastic. The hotel is conveniently located to Glorietta malls and restaurants. The hotel staff are all amazing provided world class service and top notch hospitality. We literally could not find anything wrong! If you want to experience luxury stay here. You won't be disappointed.

I liked the hospitality of the staff. Very respectful, and they were always willing to assist. The bathroom was very spacious. Room service was fast and efficient, and the checkout was easy.

I chose this hotel because it listed the room was equipped with a washer and dryer inside the unit. There was no washer/dryer in my room, but it was an option for laundry service instead. Limited on English speaking channels on the t.v. Suggest upgrading to a smart t.v. if possible for the enjoyment of all travelers. I'm not sure if it was coming from the carpet or something else, but the hallway had a bad smell to it. My room was the last room at the end of the hallway so I had to smell it all the way there.

The concierge and reception staff was very polite, kind and always eager to help. I really liked the fact that they were smiling all the time, it gave a good vibe to the place. The afternoon tea was good, but the taste and quality of the sweet treats accompanying it was awful. The savoury treats and the scones were not bad, however.

The breakfast at the 9 floor didn't meet the expectation, the pastry was extremely low quality and the rest of the food didn't meet the standards of a 5 star hotel. The worse thing at the hotel was the AC in the restaurant and common areas. In the 9 th floor restaurant it was so cold that most of the hotel guests were wearing jackets and cardigans during breakfast time. When we addressed the issue, we were brought a blanket.
